LOGISTICS & TIMELINES
We dispatch all orders via premium domestic courier networks. • Lahore & Major Hubs: 2 to 3 Business Days.
• Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 Business Days.

SHIPPING FEE STRUCTURE
A standard flat delivery tariff of Rs. 200 is applied to all domestic consignments across Pakistan.

OPEN PARCEL ASSURANCE (FIRST CHECK, THEN PAY)
To ensure absolute structural trust, we strictly facilitate an Open Parcel Policy. Upon arrival, you are permitted to open and verify the contents of the shipment before handing over the cash to the courier rider. If the contents are mismatched or physically compromised, you can reject the parcel on the spot.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your drop is dispatched, a tracking tracking identifier will be transmitted to your registered mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp.
